ON CHECHENIA NATION TRAGEDY
I N D E P E N D E N T C H E C H N I A
Vilnius 30 04 2008
Hundred of millions, thousand organizations condemn Russia for starting the
war on 11 12 1994 against Independent Chechenia State and blame world leaders
and heads of responsible organizations for letting execute genocide in
Ichkeria Republic, Chechenia.
Organization announced that Russia murdered about 250 thousands of Chechenia
citizens and made harm by war activities on 300 billion USA dollars. 42
thousands of Chechenia children were killed and 40 thousands Russian soldiers
perished in war activities.
Russia don’t follow Peace Agreement signed by B.Yelcin and A.Maschadov on 12
05 1997 between Russian Federation and Chechenia Republic Ichkeria.. Russia
violated many International Law Acts of Russian Federation and Chechenia
Republic Ichkeria. Leaders of world states and global organizations ignore
such violations and let Russia commit genocide in Chechenia.
Honorable State Leaders – Kings, Presidents, Parliament Chairs, Premier
Ministers, Heads of UNO, NATO, EU and EP members, we ask You:
1. Recover Independency in Chechenia Republic Ichkerija;
2. That Russia would follow Peace Agreement of 12 05 1997;
3. Lead out Russian Army and amend harm to Chechenia Republic Ichkeria;
4. Provide material support to citizens of Chechenia;
5. Judge Russian authorities for genocide in Chechenia in International
Tribunal;
