Vilnius, 22 August 2017

On 23 August 1939 in Moscow, leaders of communist Soviet Union and Nazi Germany signed the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact to subjugate the peoples of Europe.
Today the Stalin-Hitler pact to subjugate the peoples of Europe continues under the leadership of the Putin regime.
On 24 August 1991, Ukraine voted for independence. Ukraine, having declared its independence, renounced its arsenal of nuclear weapons, which at that time was interior only to that of the United States and Russia.
On 05 December 1994 in Budapest, heads of state Leonid Kuchma (Ukraine), Bill Clinton (USA), Boris Yeltsin (Russian Federation), and John Major (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), signed a MEMORANDOM, which affirmed their commitment to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and that none of their weapons would ever be used against Ukraine. China and France pledged to uphold similar guarantees.
We ascertain that the annexation of Crimea, Donetsk, and Lugansk is a violation of the MEMORANDOM and other international treaties on the international status and inviolability of the borders of the state of Ukraine.
WE DEMAND that Russia immediately withdraw its armies from the occupied territories of Ukraine and compensate for the inflicted damage.
WE ASK the heads of state, who on 12 December 1994 signed the Memorandum (United States and Great Britain, as well as France and China) and all heads of state around the world to demand that Russia immediately withdraw its armies from Ukraine and compensate for the inflicted damage.
WE CALL ON the residents of Crimea, Donetsk, and Lugansk to fight to maintain Ukraine’s integrity.
In the struggle for Ukraine's independence, many sacrifices have been placed upon the altar of FREEDOM. We express our condolences to the families of those who have perished or suffered. Glory to those who have fallen for independence. Glory to Ukraine, her heroes, and champions. May the Lord bless and help you in your daily affairs.
Ukraine's battle is the FRONT LINE OF EUROPEAN DEFENSES.
