On the 11-th of December of the year 1994 Russia unleashed a wide-scale aggressive total war against the independent state of the Chechen Republic. Russia killed about 250 thousands of Chechen inhabitants and caused the material damage for approximately 300 billion US dollars in the course of war. The President of the Chechen Republic Itshkeria DZHOKHAR DUDAYEV was killed on the 21-st of April in the year 1996.
The Council of the public movement “SĄJŪDIS” will hold a meeting in the city of Vilnius on the 21-st of April of the year 2009 at 12:00 a.m. near the Embassy of the Russian Federation (Latviu str. № 53) regarding the murder of the President of the Chechen Republic Itshkeria DZHOKHAR DUDAYEV and mass murders of inhabitants of Chechenia. Let’s remember the Russian aggression against the Georgian Republic on the 7-th of August in the year 2008.
00:45 p.m.: walk along the streets of the city of Vilnius to the Dzhokhar Dudayev public garden.
01:00 p.m.: stop near the Embassy of the Georgian Republic. We shall meet with the employees of the Embassy.
01:30 p.m.: The PRAYER, DOING CREDIT and CONCENTRATION near the monument of Dzhokhar Dudayev.
