OPERATION

In the 1947-1948 period approximately 34 000 tons of
military substances , yperite mainly, were burried in the Baltic Sea under
orders from the military administration of the USSR in Germany.
To ensure the observance of international requirements
and respect for mutual interest our organizations are ready to cooperate
with state , non-governmental and private organizations of the Russian
Federation. Nature is our common wealth and, therefore, it must be
sustained. Adverse emergency consequences will be treated and assessed as
international crimes. We do not fancy waiting for the future disquisitions
of potential negative environmental impacts at conferences, symposiums,
congresses, rallies, protest actions or court hearings.
